Works well
The doorbell is loud, and the flashing effect is very good in similar products. It is very convenient for the elderly at home and its volume is larger than expected.

Customer service was great.
GREAT customer service from the seller. The instructions that came with it were incomplete. I contacted the seller. Getting an answer took SEVERL tries, but they always responded really promptly and very politely. That is such a rarity that it made the experience a good one. I wish more sellers were so good about responding. They were able to help me and the unit works as expected. I can't say anything about it being waterproof or volume control because it hasn't gotten wet , yet, and we need it for a Deaf person, so no one is touching the volume control. Smile.

someones at your door
perfect for my near deaf brother in law. hes retired and mostly at home always, so we hung it right above the tv. very loud deep ring AND visual flashing light, its very nice to be able to rouse him now and have a visit.

seller would not warranty defective item
The media could not be loaded. Ordered one doorbell. It failed quickly after install. Returned item and received a replacement. It also failed after a few weeks. Seller would not warranty the item stating he would loose money if he took care of the failure.

Outdoor part
Seems to work ok, but the outdoor part says “not to get wet” which leads us to believe it might not work for long! And the outdoor part has a hook which if used, would leave it waving in the wind. And if you use the tape on the outdoor part, how long will it stay stuck. We live in northern United States.

Great for kids wearing headphones
Got this for my son since he likes to wear headphones and can never hear us knock on his door. It is bright enough it gets his attention with his lights on.

Doesn't work most of the time..
This doorbell worked fine, when it worked. The volumne could be louder, but I can deal with that as it is. It doesn't matter how loud it can get if it doesn't work; and this one doesn't work most of the time. By the time I realized it was not working it was too late to return it. I CANNOT recommend buying this doorbell.
