Mountain Tea Tumblers (Slate)

I bought this tumbler to replace an old one with a lousy design. This one is perfect. The insulation keeps my drink warm, the basket is easy to place and remove, and I've had no leaks in the first several weeks I've been using it. What is most impressive to me is that the handle on the basket doesn't get hot when I'm making black tea in it. That makes it easy to reach in and pull out the basket. I generally let the tea sit while I eat breakfast, it's made to come to work and pep me up in the afternoon, which lets the majority of the steam dissipate. The tea is still nice and warm 5 hours later when I'm ready to drink it. I'm extremely happy with this tumbler.

This was a present for my daughter and she loves it. Keeps her tea hot for hours and the infuser is easy to fill remove and empty. The infuser lid keeps the leaves clean and safe between uses. I think the only thing it lacks is a plate or something to sit the infuser on when it's outside of the bottle to keep liquid from pooling underneath it.

I got the 32 oz. Himalayan for taking when I am on the road camping. I drink 4 cups of tea throughout the morning every day and wanted something to keep it hot on the road. This thermos/tea brewer is beautiful, very well made, quality all around. The basket inside has incredibly fine holes which work well for rooibos loose tea and the cover on the basket allows you to drink without removing the basket. I pour the tea into a cup as I add milk, and it works perfectly. You can access a drinking spout which remains attached, or unscrew the larger cap, remove the basket and pour that way. Keeps tea piping hot for at least 4 hours. No leaks. I am super impressed and glad I spent the money on quality, not something cheap (as have done in the past!). Don't hesitate, you will be pleased with the product. Also very easy to clean, no hidden places, a bottle brush or rag and soap and water do the trick.Update-this is still the best brewer/therms combo I have ever had. Absolutely no leaking-BUT consider it is boiling liquid in there and has pressure at first-Carefully tighten large lid with small lid cracked open torelease pressure, then close small lid. No leaks. The tea basket is sturdy and cleans perfectly-no need to use a dishwasher! Finish holding up perfectly to daily use. Great product!

This diffuser container is really convenient and easier to clean that similar items I've used. My mom bought one and I gifted one to a friend. It works really well for cold steeping. Just an FYI, when I make hot tea in the morning, I have to wait until 2pm sometimes, until it isn't burning my mouth, it keeps it so hot. I will leave it on my desk with the lid off to cool it faster. the diffuser sits at the tops so you can't steep the tea and add cooler water later without pouring some tea out. I don't want to rate it lower for working really well, but I do wish I could drink my hot tea in the morning! Maybe I will try making it the night before.

check the rubber/silicon gasket inside the lid, and flatten it out if it's twisted. Several reviews have complained about leaking, and i risked buying one anyway. Mine, too, leaked on its first use. However, it looked to me like the rubbery seal inside the lid (placed so that when you screw it on, it's against the mouth of the bottle) didn't lay completely flat against the lid. I poked it with a fork tine to lay it down, and no leaking since.Beyond that. it's a good, insulated bottle with loose tea steeper insert. The insulation is good enough that I end up needing to add some cool water after steeping in order to drink it comfortably. Due to its design, you have to fill with water all the way to the top to get the tea steeper submerged, so it's a bit awkward to fish out the steeper, pour out some of the liquid, and then add cool water, so i find myself brewing my tea outside the bottle and then pouring it in, but that's not strictly necessary.

It's not everyday that you find quality products in today's world, but this is absolute quality in every sense of the word.

I bought this because I am a tea collector (read: gremlin) and I tend to drink it all day long. I was skeptical because I've had travel mugs before that have said they will keep my tea hot for hours and they did not. I've had tea in it for 5 hours now and it's still piping hot! I have had no issue with leaks and on top of that the bottle itself is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Water or any liquids!!! Will keep my water cold or hot up to 8 hours easily.

Good tumbler for keeping tea warm.However, it needs to be screwed in properly for it to be leak-proof. This can be slightly difficult sometimes depending on the angle you are putting the lid on.Apart from this, good tumbler overall.
