Great size! Just set it up does the job & very quiet! Fills about 4 regular cups of coffee before refill needed. Water comes out a little slower then the bigger versions iv had previously! But love the size & the water being on the back. Bought a pre used/returned one & it arrived like new was all sealed still.

Love it. Much quieter than my old noisy huge black unit. I find it easier to leave on the counter top. Just remove the reservoir lid then fill with water using a Pyrex measuring cup from the tap or a Brita water filter pitcher. I most often use a Brita filtered water pitcher to remove any hard water deposits .I do not remove the reservoir to fill it. It does not have a handle so it would be easy to drop. I like the cup size choice of 8/10/16 oz. Using the 8 oz button made a shorter and stronger cup of coffee. Coffee tastes better from this model. I always use Tim Horton Dark Roast pods. Best price from Costco or Walmart.

My daughter loves this coffee maker. Easy to use, to clean and she loves the color.

Descale flashes every use...Hiw do I descale?I tried water & vinerger and strill flashing. Help
