The top lock is the only piece that works....the bottom is broken....and the handle was so stiff to even try to turn....the lock part just turned and turned...I can't even use it....I only gave it one star because I had to or it wouldn't have any stars

CANT COPY KEYS!!!
I went to 3 different key cutters to get these keys copied. They all cut keys for it, and none of them worked!!! I went to my locksmith and he said the product was junk, and that ripoff brands like this tend to have this issue where you cant copy keys properly. I want my money back!!! Never have I had this problem in my life, does anyone have a solution for me? I missed the return window before I needed to copy keys so now they are just junk
