This will sure give you good look from outside and to nurish your hair from inside have 20 almonds every morning empty stomach and see the results. Nuzen oil describes not to use harsh shampoos but y this nuzen shampoo has sulphate in it which is very dangerous for hair and scalp😡... very disappointed ☹️
