This model is definitely worse than the previous generation. The counter/collar area of the heel cuves inward and digs into my heels and quickly cuts into the skin, rubbing it raw. There is also a seem in the counter of thr heel that rubs constantly. The inner material of the shoe which contacts the sock is also made of a harsh material that rubs holes into the socks.
