Q: Can i order a replacement lid?

I, too, have looked for replacement lids without success.

Q: Does the lid leak in the tote?

I like this tumbler, but it's definitely not a sports bottle. Water will run out even when the lid is set to "closed" position. The rubber gasket fits snugly over the tumbler, but the slider that covers the sipping hole is very loose. It needs to be to allow it to easily be moved back and forth, but that looseness does allow liquid to escape. You can even drink from it with the sipping hole closed.

Q: Are these made in America?

NO, but that shouldn't really matter as it is a high quality product.
