Well it's blackstrap molasses. It's organic. It's a decent deal. The problem came when I used it in a recipe and then couldn't figure out why it was ruined. I know that blackstrap is bitter. But this brand is also almost sour. Hard to describe, but not good. I hope I find something I can use it in so it wasn't a waste.

This is the best of three different brands of blackstrap I've ordered. This brand is the thickest and has the highest iron content. Many of the brands that claim to be blackstrap are indistinguishable from regular molasses, both in consistency and nutrition. This brand has 20% RDI for iron in a 1 tbsp serving.

I love this particular product- however my bottles arrived busted and molasses was everywhere. I wasn’t able to receive a refund or replacement either.

It's unbelievable that there would be no padding added to a box with 2 bottles in it. What a RIP off!
