Love the natural ingredients and the taste is good! I mix mine with a cold water bottle every morning! The defectiveness is great and I believe it helps with my milk supply so I continuously have them daily! Great value!

Buy it, it actually works. I was skeptical about all the different drinks and snack ive seen to boost supply. I decided to try this after reading the reviews and i am satisfied with my results. i experienced a drop in my oz due to just being lazy and not pumping as much as usual. after power pumping for two days and taking these twice a day for about 3 days im producing 6oz from each boob every session maybe even a bit more. i got the chocolate flavor and its soooo good. i mix it into the milk i drink and it taste just like chocolate milk

I first tried this product mixed with water and it was pretty bad, I couldn’t get past the taste of fenugreek and stopped taking it. My supply is really low so I tried it again with milk and had a coffee on hand if I needed something to get rid of the taste but the coffee was not needed, the milk got rid of the fenugreek flavor and it tasted closer to chocolate milk. So my advice is don’t mix it with water unless you love the taste of fenugreek (reminds me of a weird maple syrup flavor). Also I feel like it mixed very easy in the milk without much clumping.

Tastes great just like chocolate milk, only reason I gave a three is because I’m not sure if this stopped my milk production or if my body just wouldn’t make it anymore. My milk production completely stopped a week after I started drinking this

I know that everyone’s body is different but this product truly helped up my milk supply (mostly at night no matter what time I drunk it). The flavor is decent, but does smell like a chocolate scented supplement that lingers. Expected!
