It is very stuffed with loose batting and very firm.There is a zipper and you can remove as much batting as you need to in order to adjust to the cushion size and softness/firmness that you prefer.It’s a nice soft low pile fabric. Of course it’s washable since it has a zipper and the batting can be removed.It comes with an adjustable elastic strap to attach it to the back of your chair.I like it, it works well!

My only complaint is that tiny sharp zipper pull that occasionally stabs me in the neck. Otherwise I love it and would buy again. Just have to cut off that zipper pull.

This is the best neck pillow . It’s super comfortable. I had a neck pillow that I’ve been using my whole life and I lost it last week and bought this fast and it works amazing.

The pillow overall is decent quality and feel, but middle where your neck cradles is not a comfortable fit, feels hard. I sleep in a large recliner for years due to legs / circulatory issues so I'm regularly seeking better small pillows for cervical support and comfort - unfortunately, long term, this pillow isn't it for me.

The pillow is not premium. There is not nearly enough fill, especially the middle portion. The neck support is inadequate. The fabric is nice and soft, it seems low quality. Had it been filled firmly enough and was not too thin in the middle section, it would have worked. The pillow was folded in half and shoved into a snug fitting bag. I'm certain that the sharp fold hurts the effectiveness of the pillow. I tried to gently manipulate the filling from the sides towards the middle. It was not possible. Disappointed.

No more stiff neck while watching TV.

This is as advertised. Nice and plush with moderate firmness. Works great for a lunch chair.
