Miffy in the Snow

My two year old granddaughter loves Miffy books. When the snow fell she helped build a snowman in the garden and was fascinated with it. I choose this book to remind her of the snowy days.She loves it and I have to read it several times before she settles for a sleep.

lovely books, my 2 year old grandaughter is enjoying them- I have saved the library so that I can give her a new book each time she visits and then she can take it home! This makes it very good value as it is lots of little presents.

so pleased to find this for my great nephew - an old family favourite along with all the other miffys

the original text is simple, clear and easy for a child to read themselves, the modern version- lame, clunky poetry is awful ! The pictures are always perfect!

うさこちゃんの洋服のおしゃれさはファンの間では有名ですが、本作の、見るからに仕立ての良さそうなコート、ジャストサイズの帽子、きちんと巻かれたマフラー、暖かそうな靴と手袋に身を包んだうさこちゃんを見ると、ヨーロッパの恵まれた家庭で大切に育てられている小さな女の子の幸福感にあふれています。でも彼女は自分さえよければいいという子ではなく、寒さに震えている小鳥のためにがんばる姐御肌でもあります。このまままっすぐ育ってほしいなぁ、と。
