I got this for an older laptop I use occasionally. The internal WiFi adapter was intermittent in operation and had issues. The installation was easy. I pointed the install to the provided thumb drive (after scanning for viruses - it was clean). Came up first time and connected to my slightly older WiFi router at 800 Mbs. I downloaded a couple of huge files in a flash. Only had it a few days so no comments on long term operation on the adapter.

Amazing device at a great value. I was able to get an incredible download speed of 735 Mbps. For comparison, on my older wifi adapter (with was wifi 5) I was only getting 202 Mbps download under the same test conditions.I initially had some issue with the device that was sent to me. I contacted their customer support via the "Get product support" link from my Amazon's "My Orders" page for this product. which provided a link the company's products webpage. From there I was able to get in contact with their customer support within a couple of minutes. The support was amazing, and at the conclusion they decided to send me a brand new replacement adapter at absolutely no charge. I received the new replacement adapter in 2 days, and installed it and it is working perfectly.From my experience, to achieve the best speed on this device, you have to ensure it is plugged into a USB 3.0 port, and that the device is on the 5G wifi band and using 802.11ax. The device driver for this adapterhas options to select 802.11ax, and to "Prefer 5GHz band".In summary. I am completely satisfied and amazed with the performance of this adapter, and have full trust in the company to help to quickly resolve any issues to 100% satisfaction if you contact them for support.

The Wi-Fi adapter is very easy to install and put into operation.Has excellent Wi-Fi 6 radiating coverage for such a small device .Absolutely love it .

I have over 300 Mbps Internet speed and use a 5G Herts frequency range for the WiFi connection. The adapter works perfectly. I receive a strong signal and no interruptions in my connection thanks to the WiFi 6. I have only used the adaptor for a week. I hope it lasts for years.The installation part is a little tricky. I read some of the reviews before purchasing the product. Many reviewers mentioned having minor issues with the hardware installation. I was prepared to run into some minor installation delays.The product comes with two pieces. One is a driver (USB flash drive with the hardware installation setup, compatible with Windows 10 and 11. The second component is the actual WiFi Adapter, also a (USB flash drive).The installation instructions are easy to follow. The steps are very simple and clear. The issue for me was that when trying to run the program, I got an error message. I contacted customer service in China via Whatsapp. John answered right away. His English skills were very good. There were no language barriers. He was knowledgeable, professional, very customer service oriented and a good communicator. I walked him through the issue. He immediately realized that the USB driver with the hardware installation program had missing documents. He took my contact information and mailed another driver. I received the new driver in two days. When I ran the program with the new driver, Nineplus did not want to install. Because of the 13-hour time difference, I emailed customer service. Later, I contacted John again, via Whatsapp. We had a video chat, and he was also having problems installing the WiFi adapter, at first. Luckily, the backup programs worked, and we were able to install the adapter. Erick, from customer service responded to my email. He was aware that I had already spoke to John. I appreciate their excellent customer service.I am very happy with the result. I truly hope the adapter is durable and of high quality. Only time will tell.

I have no idea how did this Wi-Fi got? Five stars I am very disappointed $18 in the garbage had a very difficult time. One does not pick up my driver try to go to the Internet which I have to temporarily get Internet, which is a hard thing to do, but I was able to temporally get Internet download the drivers, once I get there, they want me to sign up or login put all of my personal information in there so I ran into a wall pretty much very disappointing not even gonna bother sending it back and get it refund. Just gonna throw it in the garbage because does not do me good I have a six year old Wi-Fi , the only reason I decided to get another one is because the other don’t already has a week signal. It’s embarrassing. The one that I have was six years ago it works if it was strong I will need another one but because I thought this one’s gonna be a great deal. It was gonna be an amazing incredible Wi-Fi , and turn out to be big disappointment. Not happy at all never buy no more from this seller again very disappointing. I hope somebody else will have a better experience with this cause I’ve been dealing with this Wi-Fi for many years the first time that I hit a war because I have a very latest up-to-date PC , anyway, good luck for whatever. Who buys this

Wi-Fi adapter works great. I’ve experienced no lag with the internet connection. Had some trouble setting it up at first but received help quickly when I reached out. Person was helpful and very patient. I hardly write reviews but had to give compliments for the great and fast customer service. By far the best I’ve received in a while

Very easy to install pretty much Plug and Play easy setup Wi-Fi kicks in quick no Dropout no lag to the point where I can play high quality games on the internet without using a ethernet definitely recommend this product
