Had seriously dry cracked, skin heal area of my feet for years with painful cracking Wore one cup n each foot for 48 hours with socks.. Results: Great hunks of skin pealed off from each heal. Been over two weeks now. The heal areas now are softer and no more dry or cracked skin areas. Amazing!

These are quite thin but still provide good padding for my heels. I have bone spurs behind (not under) my heel and they provide sufficient padding to manage pain. They don’t quite fully cover the bottom of the heel (and I have a small foot); they tend to roll up/back if not fully under the heel or if you are not careful in applying them (and socks over them) but as my technique improved, it was no longer an issue. I wore them under my socks most days for 2.5 months before they tore (3 days apart). If they start to get stickie and start folding in on themselves, wash with gentle soap, rinse, and hang gently to fully dry. They keep heel skin from drying out as well. I will buy again.

Not sure if you can relate, but Uggs tend to make my heels rough and prickly feeling. Drives me NUTS. I take great care of my feet. If I wear my Uggs for 2 days, by the third day my heels feel like crunch bars. All my hard work gone down the tube. These solved that issue. Now I can wear my slippers and boots without developing scratchy heels that feel like sand paper. They are thin enough where they are barely noticeable and can even be worn under socks! I only use the silicone as they come with a gel insert which I have no use for. I guess if you want to sleep in them to soften you heels. All I wanted was a buffer against my heels. Socks alone in Uggs just don't cut it! It's the wool that turns my heels into sand paper! These are perfect, inexpensive, they stay put, and I would certainly recommend! If you have this same issue, try these they may safe your pedi cure. 🙂 fits most any foot size too.

Hard to get socks over, and made shoes tight. In bigger shoes could be comfortable.

I was disappointed with the product. The heel cup was difficult to put on and did not stay in place. Regardless of the sock or shoe type, they continued to roll up. Additionally, one heel cup tore while I was putting it on, leading me to believe that the material is quite thin. I returned them to Amazon and bought a similar product at a local drugstore, which has been satisfactory so far. Hear me out: This is better than the full foot covers and I’ll tell you why. Because they go right on your heel it is easy to protect, cushion, and moisturize your heels but still be able to actually walk around and do things while wearing them. I had the kind that covers your whole foot but after putting lotion on my feet & then putting them on I couldn’t walk in them and when I tried I ended up getting a hole in them super easily. With these you can just tip toe and won’t have that problem. I can also see how wearing these while you’re wearing something like sandals or some other foot wear without socks would be nice because they do offer some protection for your heels while you can still be open toed. You can also wash them easily with soap and water.

Did what I needed. Keeps me from getting blisters with my Dr. Marten boots.

Thick and squishy. Not comfortable in shoes. Works if you freeze and sit with feet up.
