The chair was easy to put together with the video on the chair's product page on Amazon. Height adjustment and back support are great. Its very comfortable too. The armrests move to an upright position if desired. It looks and feels very sturdy. Rolls easily. I've seen a number of reviews regarding the back positioned in a way that pushes you forward while sitting in it and also that it won't lean back. I had the same problem and then realized I connected the chair back to the FRONT of the seat instead of the back. I hope people with those comments read this and can maybe fix their problem. The whole chair will lean back (not just the chair back) with all wheels staying on the ground kind of like a rocking chair. Excellent purchase!

This chair provides us with everything we were looking for. That includes good stability, comfort, firmness, adjustability, and sturdiness. The color is perfect for our needs too. It was very easy to put together. Didn't take long specially if you've assembled similar chairs before. Love how you can make it tilt or lock it in place. Height adjustability is perfect for our legs and table height. It's very supportive, which is good for those aging backs. Highly recommended.

Pretty good chair for the money. The cream color is great the quality and comfort is as expected. After sitting in any chair for too long it’s uncomfortable. I added a butt cushion for added comfort. The arms do not adjust but they lift up completely so unless the rise is lowered my chair can’t go under my desk. It rolls well and is quiet overall.

5 Stars but I only got it yesterday. Maybe it will fall apart in a month......Box was a mess but inside was fine. I've put half a dozen chairs together and they are all about the same. One tool, for this one. Later in the afternoon, sitting in it was really odd and upright. Recline just didn't work. So we went home. This morning my wife said, "How come the front sign is pointing to the back?" I had put the base on right, as in the instructions. It didn't say to take care with the entire top. I had put the seat back on the front side.......Fixed that and it's a fine chair, very comfortable, fine looking. AND the recliner works just fine. It's an everyday chair for us in our business so it will do just fine for 5 or 10 years.

First of all, this is a very nice chair, BUT it is too small....and needs a wider seat. The leather-like surface is comfortable. Putting it together was very easy, but it was missing a couple screws. It felt pretty sturdy and the adjustments were easy to use. But, my biggest complaint has to do with the flip-up-and down arm rests. They do NOT go all the way back and I found myself bumping the backs of my arms and shoulders into the armrests as they stuck out in the back..... THEY NEED to fold ALL THE WAY BACK. Had they done that, I would have kept the chair. I considered taking the arms rests off altogether...but that would have made the chair look bad in the office. So, I am on the hunt for a new chair after returning this. IT SEEMS, that I see a VERY LARGE PERCENTAGE Of these Chines-made chairs having the same issue with the arms rest no longer going ALL the way back. Gotta fix that folks.....

Was really easy to put together with the instructions. Very well written. Only took me about a half an hour. It is very aesthetically pleasing, very sturdy very comfortable. It doesn’t give me as much lumbar support as I thought it would, but it gives you some. What I can’t figure out is how to get it to tilt backwards, I have tried everything and it does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
