I’ve ordered kindling from The Chemical Hut numerous times before, and have not had any issues, apart from a slight delay in delivery, which I’m not too fussed about, as I know it’ll arrive. This time however, I experienced a lost delivery, and contacted customer service, who were brilliant! After asking the necessary questions, they promptly sent out a replacement order, which arrived within days. Great customer service.I will continue to order my kindling from the Chemical Hut, it’s convenient, well packaged, cut to a good size, and burns well.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this kindling. It arrives within 48 hours of placing my order and is well packaged. The kindling works well and I have never had a fire bot start when using it. Will buy again.
