Q: Does this come with the coffee carafe (as shown in the picture) or is that an additional purchase?

The version I bought did not come with the coffee carafe.

Q: Your description and information sheet say the stainless steel milk flask is included but "seller" answers below show otherwise. which is it please?

This model does come with a stainless steel milk flask there is a model below called the CM6310 that does not come with the flask. The CM6350 comes with the milk flask but does not have the large stainless steel coffee pot.

Q: What is included with the cm6350? Cleansing tabs? Any extras?

Great machine and s easy to use. Along with the instructions, milk flask, and extra suction tube, I received 2 descaling tablets and cleaning tabs.
