I bought this as a Christmas gift for my niece. She loved it and it looked cute on her.

The hairpin is missing. It is a birthday gift. It arrived in a timely manner, but to gift it without all the accessories is a bit irresponsible.The quality is very similar to a Halloween costume. I could see giving it to a child or maybe a Halloween party but for an adult wouldn't be a good idea. Material is a little itchy and the colors are pretty. If it was cheaper I wouldn't complain. How do I get my hair pin?

Couldn’t even fit my arms way to short I tried this on my 13 year old and it fit perfectly does not fit the description at all terrible material and size was completely off I have to order something else last minute very upset
