This is a great waterproof bag. I used this while I was kayaking. Nothing got wet. My phone stayed dry in the pouch too. This pouch would be great for at water parks and such too. I would definitely buy this again.

Waterproof bags are designed to perform 2 tasks - keep stuff dry and not get lost during the process.Typically I like to have bright orange bags. While the trails I use are starting to have more 'orange' on them especially in the fall, it is still a color that stands out typically in a trail/wilderness setting. Getting it camouflaged is a bit silly but mostly still orange so I am ok with it.The straps are handy when 'backpacking' the bag. Their durability is open to a bit of question but for now, they will do the job.The material appears to be water proof. I have not submerged a fully packed bag in the river to verify this but water did bead on it when I splashed it with some. Hopefully the fully submerged test won't happen soon/ever but the bag seems like it will handle that test.The small phone bag is a welcome 'add'. I have a number of dry bags that I use. What I would do is pack my phone in one of them and attempt to remember which one it was in. The dedicated small pouch takes care of that concern. And, I can even leave it in the car on picnic days in case rain decided to interrupt the outing.All in all - color is a bit silly, but the size of the bag is good. The straps are functional. The phone pouch is a great add-on. 5 stars.
