Basically everything you want for an old sofa. I brought this as an experiment to see if I could fix my old furniture that was dipping as if i sat in a bowl. And glad I brought this, the bowl seat changed into a firm umbrella seat, it is better than the original seating cushion. Just know it takes some struggle to put this through since they tend to cling and if you don't have eniugh space between the cover and actual cushion, it could be a hard push and pull so be prepared for that. But if you have removable covers the installation is smooth. Finally if you want you can cut of sides to make perfect fit and it still retains the firmness. Loved it and is definitely recommended.

Unless I was expecting too much they are not that firm. After placing them under the cushions and sitting down there's a little difference. I wouldn't purchase again.

We put these under old seat cushions to pump up the seats and they do work fabulous. I was not sure they would work so I was surprised when they did

I could not use by itself to correct sagging back in our couch. This may be because couch has pull out bed with bar that bows slightly. Used with another product, sagging completely gone and couch very comfortable now.

I was very skeptical these would work for my couch but needed to try something. I have a 23-year-old leather couch that is in good condition except that it sinks a little more than is comfortable for me. It still looks good, and it is a well-built couch. I previously put some thin particle board under the cushions, but that didn't provide the support I wanted, and the cushions tended to slip around. These couch supports were so easy to unfold and place under my cushions. These are the medium-soft. I'm surprised at how firm they make my couch feel. They've raised my seating back up to the original height, and the cushions stay in place. If I did anything differently, I would go with the soft, rather than this medium-soft, but I am very pleased with these. The medium-soft does tend to make the cushion feel much firmer than before, so if you like a softer feel, go with the soft, rather than the medium-soft. These actually work for my couch, and I can't wait for my family to notice the difference! Just FYI, the armchair size is the same as the couch size. I got one for my recliner as well as the 3-pack for my couch. But it's the exact same size and shape as my couch supports and worked just as well for my recliner.

The couch I used these for was very old sectional. One side more worn down than the other so for some cushion areas I had to use 2 of these just to get it level again. Using more than one makes the section more stiff than comfortable. But it still got the job done
