Mixed message (sorry) My new Recliner has been nothing but problems since the very first time I sat in it. This recliner is not like my first one, that is the one I've given the review (below), I was very happy with, this new recliner has wood that's splitting and metal braces poking through the middle of the fabric in the back in plain sight and dangerous !! I have pictures on my phone. I just got this chair, it was sat in for the first time and it started with one problem after another. I bought one that is just like this and I loved it but after a half dozen years the motor went out (review below ) the review above is of the one I just purchased came from BACKSTORE, it seriously needs to go back to the store it came from so I can get one that's not dangerous and was broken before it arrived here at my house ! The framework is loose and I'm very upset with this thing !!I've spent $ for some of the best mattresses/beds but this recliner is the most comfortable I have owned in my lifetime, this is my second cloud 12 same color and everything ! This has a easy reach rocker type of mechanism that let's the motor stop anywhere from sitting upright all the way flat as flat as your most comfortable mattress or another chair of any type. One major point is that this chair is made with comfort gel. I'm average 5'10 at 180lbs 59 yrs old and I still pole-vault as I did back in school and I work hard like all you good people ! You Will love this chair, this is electric it does all the work. All you do is sit, push the large rockers switch to move from up all the way to flat and anyplace in between. The fabric is resilient to nearly all drinks you can spill, After sitting in my recliner I cannot feel anything other than what Anti Gravity must feel, I honestly feel no gravity no weight ! I've never had one (1) single stain. My first cloud lasted 7 years from motor failure, now I've got a new one. Happy birthday to me ! 01.29.1959 Cheers !!!

I love it. It is comfortable, I can adjust it to exactly the position I want to be in. I have heard some bad and good things about the life of memory foam. I can't address the future but right now I give it five stars for quality and customer service.

This chair was not comfortable. The seat was so narrow. The chair also had a rip. Company charged me a huge amount to return it. I will never do business with them again.

The raising and lowering button has already had to be replaced!!

Although I had received a Message that this Recliner was being returned to the Seller I then Received it . This is absolutely the Best Recliner I've ever had . Super Soft , Supportive, and Comfortable . Excellent Fabric Feel . The Lay Flat Function is Great . Just what I wanted . The Delivery, although, slow, was Set Up inside the House by very Professional Personnel . I may and probably will Purchase another same type Recliner from this Seller . Very Happy.

This is the real deal. I absolutely love it and I can't wait to spend a lot more time in it!

The arms on this chair do not help a person pick him self up on his on .[too short]
