Fabric showing signs of wear already
I really like the soft fabric and overall fit. The chamois is growing on me. At first I thought it was a little on the light side, and perhaps it is, but for shorter rides, 10-20 miles, it will be fine. The fabric is a little on the heavy side so if you live in a warmer climate these are probably not for you. These are perfect for spring and fall and early summer days here in Wisconsin. The only negative is that the seat fabric shows signs of wear already (see photos). The fabric is extra smooth and so is my bike seat so I'm not sure why this is happening. There is visible wear on that portion of the garment. I would likely not purchase these again just based upon that alone.

Fantastic!!!
I have pretty much been ordering PI bibs for the past few years, but I really like LG jerseys and jackets.I ordered Large from LG website sizing grid and it was spot on! Having lift weights since my teens, I tend to have a thicker core, and back than the average rider, but these "knicker bibs" are just perfect. They have a very soft fleece lining, comfy pad and soft panels on the legs/knee's. The shoulder straps are nice and wide as well!Overall, a great product and I would buy these again.BTW..I am 5' 10" - 195 lbs - 34" waist - 44-46" chest.

Comfort and style
This is my first pair of cycling knickers. It's already starting to cool off in my neck of the woods, and these extend to mid-calf and keep the knees nice and warm in cool (fall) weather. Very comfortable and extremely well-designed. The pad is fairly thin, but that's exactly how I like it. I'm an old person with a tough rear end and remember riding with an unpadded piece of chamois leather in the old days - so factor that in. I like the style and cut too.My order shipped and arrived much more quickly than I expected.

great value
Perfect weight for Winter in NorCal, or: 45-60F. The chamois is definitely not top-of-the-line. Personally, I'd prefer a chamois-less knicker that I can wear over race kit for Winter training. Other than that, it's perfect. I'm 5'11", 180 lbs. and the fit was just right.

Very comfy
Love these. So soft. So comfortable. Easy on and off. For those rides where pants are too warm and shorts are too cold. I'm riding to work between 50-60 degrees. They are perfect. On the ride home for 90 minutes at 70 degrees still perfect. I'm 300 lbs and these XXL fit great. Not to tight not too loose.

Great for 45 to 55 degrees.
I've tried several different brands of cycling shorts and LG is by far my favorite. This was first set of bibs and knickers, and they are no exception. I pair these with a long sleeve base layer and a jersey and I'm very comfortable between 45 and 55.The only problem I've had is that the Louis Garneau label comes off after a couple of washes.

Good quality material
Great bibs! Love the flawless stitching! Thick material with brushed inside make this a great choice even into the 20s with a sub layer or an over short and over the calf socks.

Chamois? What chamois?
Ordered Fit Sensor 2's at the beginning of summer and loved 'em, figured these would be good for the fall. No complaints about the fit - but the padding is a joke - nothing like the Fit Sensor. Ten minutes into the ride I was uncomfortable - at an hour I was about numb.Don't know if these were defective, or if the insert quality is that different - lesser/thinner - than the Fit Sensor, but I'd avoid these, they're junk - and unless you prefer yours to be 'uncomfortably numb' I'd look elsewhere.
