It's a joke. Poor quality.
They put a picture of a "doctor" on it, called it Medicus and created a diagram of "zones". One of them is a "sitting area" (medical degree paid off) and another where your body does not actually touch the saddle they called a "comfort" area. It's the most uncomfortable saddle I have tried, it is very hard. They finished it off with staples, see the photo.

At last a comfortable saddle!
Over the last 3 years I have tried or bought 8 different saddles in the hope of finding one that is comfortable for longer rides. Well, at last I have found it. I ride a road bike in a touring kind of speed and style. I have just completed a 4 day, 205 mile ride around Norfolk and I can honestly say that the "sit bones" were not sore at all. I am very happy. The saddle seems well made and is reasonably priced too.

Ergonomic design but very firm
The cut-away design gives me considerable relief (but not 100%) from the pain and numbness in the genitals I easily experience on a conventional saddle. However it's very firm and without padding around the sitting bones so I now have a sore arse instead!! If you are well padded yourself, this is a good quality saddle which might work for you, but for me the search goes on... :(

More trouble than it’s worth
Very uncomfortable, only difference is vents, still just as hard. Also slipped and became lose 5 miles into ride and moved so the front moved to almost vertical position upwards! Let’s just say the last 5 miles were most painful ever! Ended up standing most of it.

Great Saddle indeed
I got two new bikes and was not happy with the saddles that came with them. They were too comfortable and had too much area to them. This just fitted the bill. I was not really after super comfort but was after durability and longevity and this does the job. It took a good few miles to get used to it but I am there now. Very happy indeed with it.

Happy butt after 100 mile ride
Bought this and did the 100 miles of the South Downs Ways over 2 and a half days. 12,000 feet of elevation and lots of very bumpy and rocky tracks. Lots of me was sore at the end, but my bottom was not one of them!Very comfortable and well made.

Well made and easy to fit
Saddle is very well made with a little bit of padding built into it. Very easy to fit to bike. Having bought it as a replacement for a wider more padded old style saddle, I think it is more a case of certain parts of me, that need to get used to the saddle, as opposed to anything wrong with the saddle itself.

Not as comfortable as you you are lead to believe
Do not be taken in by the hype. With words like Medicus and vague anatomical drawing and diagrams you are fooled into believing you are getting a well designed comfortable saddle. For me at least its the most uncomfortable saddle I've owned, it rubs and bruises the sit bones. I'm 5' 11", 11st 4lb and slim build.
