The YAIYAN is the 1st light I ever got that actually draws the stated amount of wattage. Actually it draws 10 watts more, 250 watts.It comes with daisy chain dimmer controls and includes the telephone style patch cable. The dimmer control is very accurate and has printed gradiations that actually match the wattage draw when you turn it down.When you turn the IR and UV on the wattage draw does not change. It seems it draws power out of the constant total and the white lights drop a slight bit. This drop is only noticeable when you turn the light down to almost nothing.

I used this light to finish up flowering stage (12/12) and the UV worked great for trichome production. In veg stage (20/4 now 18/6) the light is really hot. The driver gets too hot to touch. Multiple fans have been required to blow across the light to keep it cool. I would buy another one if it ran cooler.

Im Loving this light for veg stages I would recommend anybody searching for a veg room light this is the move. There is a great spectrum on this light that seems to just work perfectly for veg stages of fruiting plants. Ive bought 2 so far 1 is in a32”x32” tent and the other is in a 3x3 and I may buy another 2 aswell. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for bloom or full cycle unless your buying 2 but its the perfect veg light and at such a great price. I’m getting amazing node spacing and a noticeable difference within a day of installing the new light.

Love the ir and uv controls going to grab a second for my 4x4 that would be 500watts hope that’s enuf to veg at least.Prolly try flowering with them I’ll update with the review on the next light I buyUpdate- the IR doesn’t shut off with the dimmer so it stays on after. Doesn’t matter tho I use a timer to cut power to itUpdate- have had two in my 4/4 got 5 photos in it seem to like the lights going to switch to 12.12 soon I’ll repost more infoReally like theses lights tho thers nothing wrong with them I thinkContacted support they said it’s got lm281b in itUpdate - doesn’t run hot got two lights Ina 4/4 with one 6in inline for vent it keeps up fine
