I wanted a new stylus for my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone as one that had come with a belt holster I bought had been damaged (the dog chewed it). Saw this one and thought it was a great idea to combine a stylus with laser and led light. When I got it, it was pretty clear that the pen cap with the rubber stylus attached was not a very tight fit on the body of the pen itself. Sure enough, within two days of carrying it in the elastic loop on the phone belt holster, the cap had fallen off and lost, leaving me with an uncovered ballpoint pen with no phone stylus, which was really the only part of the pen I had originally wanted. Needs to be re-engineered so that the cap fits tighter.New review three days later: When I originally placed my order, I got an email from Tony Richards in Customer Relations thanking me for my order and telling me that they wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my Stylus/Pen/Laser/Led Light etc. When the cap fell off and was lost a couple of days after I got it, I wrote him (just before I published my Amazon review giving it 2 stars) and told him my tale of woe. This was last Saturday. I got an email back from Tony within a couple of hours saying they had checked other pens and all seemed fine and I must have gotten a defective one and they were very sorry and sending me a new one. It arrived yesterday (Monday - means he shipped it same day on Saturday. Tony, I appreciated it but go home. Watch a ballgame). This cap fits fine. Seems secure and should hold fine. I tried it on the body of the first pen and it was loose so there was something wrong with the "snap" function on the original pen body. This Stylus is pretty cool and I've used the LED light a couple of times just in the two days I've had it. Most importantly, when has anyone gotten that kind of customer service over a $14 pen. I usually write short/terse reviews. Sorry about the enthusiasm but the pen and the responsiveness was great.

I have had this stylus pen for one week. I love the features of having a stylus, a pen, laser pointer, and light--all in one. Besides the fact there is no place to store the stylus cap when using the pen, I dislike the battery compartment cap. Not even a week and the cap will not securely engage to the pen/stylus body. I had to put a little paper in the screw on area to keep the cap from popping off and batteries flying everywhere, which happened numerous times, as I tried to get the cap to screw on properly. If I were going to purchase another stylus pen, it would not be this one, for that reason. The concept is a good one and is what attracted me to this pen in the first place, they need to work on their quality control.

The stencil aspect of this pen is excellent(since my phone is a cheapie and my fingers hardly ever make the correct letters in text) good for texting when you have dry non-magnetic skin like me(LOL) the LED is useful in many different situations, I find keeping it near my bedside and in my pocket a valuable asset as when we have (very frequent in Oklahoma) power outages during tornado seasons, the LED is a useful item to make my way to the underground shelter the heighter (RED LED) is good for doing youtube videos and highlighting in "howto's I make. easier than using your own hand.. as for writing, the pen is WAY too short, the cap is not able to be placed on the rear part you must always keep up with it I would think a pen of this price would at least be longer and have the ability to store the cap on the pen(like any 7/11 35 cent pen). otherwise a great pen but not for writing, which is supposed to be one of its features. ink supply rods hard to find as well. did not come with any spares. I had originally got this pen because I had gotten one at the bank free of charge(with only the red LED) and it was cool so now, years later I decided I needed to get a new one. this fit the bill!

Good pen. Handy laser pointer. Flash light could be better. Stylus is kind of fat for anything 7" or smaller. But it's nice to have all four of these things in one device. Would be nice if they worked on the fit and finish a bit more. Buttons rattle notoriously when the pen is in your hand. Also potentially easy to lose the cap since it doesn't secure itself anywhere to the body of the pen.

I really love this pen/stylus/light!!!!! I would have given it a full 5 stars except, like the other reviewers have said, the end cover that covers the pen and has the rubberized stylus end on it has already become lose!!!!!! I don't want to send this pen/stylus back because I just LOVE IT!!! It fits very comfortable in my hand and is very easy to use and EVERYTHING WORKS!!!!! Was just wondering has anyone got any ideas how to tighten up the end cap so I won't loss it!!! I'm going to send an email to MINZOS and if they have an ideas how to fix this small problem, I will go back online and share it with others that have bought this stylus/pen!!!

I'm pretty happy with the stylus so far. It looks pretty cool and appears to be fairly well made. Like some other comments, I think that they need to alter the design so that the cap can be fit onto the top of the stylus while you are using the pen, but you can sort of get around that by simply turning the cap upside down and sliding it under the side clip. Some people also complained that the cap comes off easily when in use, but mine keeps well attached so far. Really not bad for the price. Make sure you register it for the warranty just in case.

First of I would like to say that the customer service seems excellent, they seem genuinely concerned and respond rather quickly, very impressed by this. This pen is nice, it does come apart quite easily, and the laser pointer/flashlight only work sometimes, it's kind of a hit and a miss kind of thing. The stylus works amazingly, feels great, very smooth on the phone screen. I would recommend as long as you aren't buying it solely for the laser pointer/flashlight functionality.
