All was just as expected

The whole pack is a serious upgrade compared to any other standard device and, if in the UK, the strips and the FastClix lancets are covered by NHS.Syncing with the iPhone is a breeze and the detailed info is exceptional.Worths the money investment.

this is the 2nd time i've bought this product. first time it was defective. so thought i'd try again (mistake)i cannot figure out how to use the lancet which seems not to work. and there are only 12 in the pack so one has to order moreworse, it took me a long time to figure out that the flashing battery icon didn't mean it was low on battery. it took me a long time to figure out how to open the back to see if i needed to load a battery (I didn't) - had to find videos online which again took a long time. still trying to make it work. frustrating and time consuming ...

Everything you expect from Accu-Chek,although I thought it seemed expensive, not far off sixty pounds and only get a few Test Strips. I had to order more and I've only had it a few days.

Worked fine for 4 months but has stopped working. When I place a test strip it doesn’t turn on however i can navigate through to read my past readings etc so must be an issue where it connects with the strips. Not impressed as it was one of the more expensive monitors

You have to pay subs for the ability to connect to your phone app and when I tested three strips within a minute of each other it gave me three different readings with a range of 2 mmol/L not 0.2 … 2.0 mmol/l. So how do I know which is correct.
