We had have these cameras for months now and we are extremely happy with them. The HD make image crisp, you even have sound, and the playback option is really friendly user to learn. I would recommend them!

This is from a very picky consumer! I replaced my security system with this unit and have the following first glance observations. DVR is compact and lightweight but so far (3weeks) working flawlessly. Cameras are well built. At first I had some doubts about the Mobile App but over a little time I got very comfortable with it. My only recommendation is the ability to delete selected recordings should that be necessary. Other than that recommendation, the Mobile App works great. Everything was in the box and well packed. After about a week, I had the IR go out in one camera. My mentioned this in my registration email and got an immediate response offering to replace the camera, which they very promptly did. The communications and service and standing behind their product is truly impressive and I would definitely recommend this system to anyone.

I installed this product in a quiet place only to discover its operation was not quite, as non-solid state HDs used to make noise, and this one made more noise then my last one. However I thought this was normal and simply asked if they had a solid state HD they could sell me to put in it. They immediately asked me for a video of its operation and after reviewing told me it was likely damaged in shipping. They immediately sent me a brand new 4T HD no questions asked and now it’s whisper quiet. The they volunteered to replace the most expensive part of their product without being asked or putting on the shipper. That’s a reputable company, not many left that don’t make you fight for a warranty let alone make sure it’s held up themselves.
