I'd like to recommend this product with some actual real empirical evidence which seems to be missing from most of the reviews here.Fasting Glucose @ 8am: 10.5 mmol/L.Breakfast @ 9am: Bowl of Oatmeal with 1 cup of Yorkshire tea (white) no sugar.Post breakfast blood glucose reading at 11am: 15.3mmol/L.Then took 1 pill, followed by a cup of Twinnings green tea an hour later around 12pm.Continued sitting at my desk working from home (sedentary) .Pre-lunch reading 3 hours later at 2.00pm: 9.2 mmol/L.That's a 6.1 points drop!Amazing!I did not get any adverse side effects like stomach bloating or gastro issues, but everyone reacts differently.Im gonna burn off the rest of the excess blood sugar with a little exercise, a long brisk walk = getting heart rate up, hot and slightly out of breath.Overall, great pills!

die Tabletten nehme ich erst seit einigen Tagen ein und kann die Wirkung noch nicht beurteilen.Es wäre wünschenswert,wenn statt in englisch vielleicht noch in deutsch ein Hinweis zur Einnahme auf der Verpackung stehen würde.obwohl ich leider kein englisch kann,konnte ich entziffern,daß man ab dem 12. Lebensjahr 2 Tabletten täglich einnehmen soll.Nehme ich die nun vor oder nach dem Essen ein?
