Purposeless
Tried so many different ways to use it, but the Rotis still came out leather like. Not at all recommend. Giving 2 stars just because of its ability to roast papad, that's it.

Waste product
I returned this product since it’s a waste product. It was used and I received only partial refund for this product. Tried reaching out to customer service but thr is no option to complain or get complete refund amt…lost almost 1/3rd of the amount. Disappointed..

Not up to the mark
Had used other brand roti maker and had no problem with that. This time I opted for Hilton roti maker but found it useless. Rotis turn out to be so hard. It is good for preparing Khakras. Hope someone will come and give a demo to make soft rotis.
