Q: What should I do if the milk foam is too thick to pour out?

This is a large-capacity steamer. Normally, after frothing the milk, there will be a lot of dense milk froth. You can use the attached small scraper to scrape it out.

Q: Is it okay to heat up chunks of chocolate?

It is recommended to use chocolate powder for better stirring effect. If you need to add chunks of chocolate, separating the chunks slightly and using the frother by itself, not the whisk, will make for a perfect cup of hot chocolate.

Q: Where do i get replacement for whisk? mine does not work

Mine stopped working once, so I took it out and cleaned it and where it attached and it started working well.

You're using the wrong mixer, you should choose a heating mixer instead of a milk frother.
