Comfy for daily wear, for this purchase I love the color
I always love Asics because they suit my pronated feet with low arc. This one made for that kind of pronation and give me the support that I needed. I wear this almost everyday for workout and super comfy, each Asics I wear usually lasts for 2-3 years. Good purchase.

Great Shoe, but not as good as previous ones.
I have used five generations of the Gel Kayano, and they are all excellent running shoes.This generation is noticeably worse then previous ones however. Material feels cheaper. Mesh doesn’t wrap around and hold your foot as well. Doesn’t seem to breathe as well.Shoe also arrives stiffer and requires more breakin than previous ones.It’s still an excellent running shoe, but feels like cheaper manufacturing than previous Gel Kayano versions did.

Very comfortable BUT....
One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. BUT...they are the loudest shoe I've ever warn. No matter if your walking on pavement, tile, grass, or dirt the material. Makes ALOT of noise, so much I sent the 1st pair back. Once I received the 2nd pair they were fine at 1st, same as the original pair, but after a week they started making noise as well.
