Pasta maker
The media could not be loaded. Steel panels, rollers and cutters all have a sturdy, well-made and reliable feel to them. These devices were obviously built with longevity in mind. As soon as I took it out of its packaging, I could immediately feel its weight and solid build, all of which instantly inspired confidence in its ability to do its intended job Adaptability for my homemade pasta varies from simple angelic hair to ample fettuccine to lasagna sheets. Changing settings is easy, and the machine switches seamlessly between different sizes, guaranteeing the same result every time pasta is made with this machine is a simple and straightforward operation. The rollers and cutters work together to easily turn dough balls into fine pasta with a consistent look and texture I like the clamp provided the most as it attaches the machine to my countertop firmly and securely the edge of any unwanted movement that may occur during use The fact that it is is easy to clean is another advantage. The machine is easy to clean and clean as the rollers and cutters can be removed with just a small twist. This helps me save huge amounts of time, and is especially helpful when I’m in the middle of a long cooking session. When it comes to the quality of the pasta he makes, the pasta maker really shows the advantage in terms of efficiency. The finished pasta has a wonderful artisanal flavor and texture, and the consistency is perfect and consistent throughout.

Absolutely Essential Machine for All Varieties of Yummies
The media could not be loaded. After a bit of practice, I got the hang of it! The machine works well, and is solidly built. It's heavier than it looks, and it needs the weight because pasta dough is tough. The table clamp works well, especially considering my kitchen has so few places that it can actually clamp to. The initial flat-rollers seem to go as thin as anyone could possibly want, and they are indeed parallel—creating dough sheets of even thickness. The removable crank likes to pop out of you're not mindful while you're using it, and the machine is extremely squeaky. I cleaned it off as soon as I got it, but there is some kind of dark oil in the corners of the rollers and cutters that gets on my pasta dough if I let it touch the sides at all; I just discarded those bits because I don't know what it is. Well, obviously I lived through dinner tonight.... I even have plans to use this machine as a possible shortcut for making mini-chimmis, spring rolls, dumplings, perogies, turnovers, and pies, beyond pastas; my countertop has a pretty lousy surface, so cooking feats traditionally accomplished with a rolling pin are pretty much unreasonable otherwise. Now I can just have some fun with handy gizmo, and save that elbow-grease for doing the dishes afterwards.

Not impressed
I recently gave the PARACITY Pasta Maker a whirl, hoping it would be the new star of my kitchen. However, it turned out to be a bit of a letdown for me, leading to a return. Here's the scoop on why this pasta machine didn't quite make the cut in my culinary adventures.First off, the sturdiness of the product was a concern. When it comes to a pasta maker, you want something that feels solid and reliable. Unfortunately, this machine felt a bit on the flimsy side, which didn't instill a lot of confidence in its longevity or its ability to handle regular use.Another point of contention was the design, particularly how the pasta cutters were attached to the roller. This setup resulted in a bulkier contraption than I'd have liked, making it somewhat cumbersome to use and store. Simplicity in design is key for kitchen tools, and this just missed the mark for me.The handle was another issue. It kept falling out every time I tried to roll pasta, which was more than a little frustrating. It's one of those small details that can really affect the overall user experience, and unfortunately, it did so negatively in this case.On a brighter note, the steel panel intended to hold extra pasta dough was a thoughtful addition. It's nice to have a place to rest your dough as you work. However, this single positive wasn't enough to outweigh the cons for me.If you're looking for a basic pasta machine, the PARACITY might be okay for you. It's certainly capable of making pasta, but from my experience, it lacks in areas that affect ease of use and overall satisfaction. It might come down to personal preference, but for me, it was a no-go. For those on the hunt for a pasta maker, consider how important sturdiness and design are to you before making your choice.

Sturdy noodle/wonton skin maker
I compared a few models, and finally choose this one for several reasons:1. It’s 7 lbs, sturdier than similar models.2. Has three sizes of noodles3. Also can make very thin wonton skin, that’s a bonusHere is how I clean it for the first time use: put a small dough to run through all parts. Sticky dough will remove all dirt and oils left on the metal.

Perfect pasta maker for pasta enthusiast
The media could not be loaded. My teenager is big on cooking! This set came with easy set up instruction. Only 2 parts to attach. We had no problem securing it to the table. The handle is coming out of the slot too easily. Six sets for a dough thickness, makes 3 types of noodles (pasta). Stainless steel makes it easier to clean (just wipe it off) and doesn't take much space on a shelf.
