I had a body camera that doesn’t have an embedded screen. It has been really confusing to use. This one is such an upgrade, easy to use. Good quality!

I got this for point-of-view recording training videos of vinyl installations on walls and windows, and vehicle graphic prep and installs. The first issue was figuring out how to position it properly, which we eventually figured out. TThe bigger problem has been reliability. There have been times that we thought it was recording, only to discover it was not. It hasn't happened often, but enough to have some doubt when recording for a project. Everything recording as if looking in a mirror has also been something we always have to be aware of. Sure we can fix it in post, but that's an added step. As a result, we use this far less than we would like, and considering buying a better unit and retiring this one.

Short press the OK button (center) to enter Album. Once in Album, short press OK to Play video, long press OK to Delete video. Use Left and Right button to go through video and pictures.Long press OK button (center) to enter Menu. Once in Menu, short press OK to choose. Short press Power button ( right side, lower button) to Return. Use Left and Right button to go through Menu.This camera can live stream to your smartphone by functioning as a WiFi hotspot, and your smartphone can connect to it without the need for the internet. Just install the 'Sports Camera' app. Then long press Wifi button (left side, upper) to turn on Wifi streaming. Then, on the Network tab of your smartphone, search for the WiFi network starting with 'CS06_****,' and connect to it. Now, within the app, you can view the live video stream from the camera.The video quality is excellent as long as you have enough lighting. No night vision (no IR mode). However by far, this is the best body-camera I have used.

These are terrible. Often times they say recording yet they are not actually recording. The mini-sd cards are terrible as well. The information is easily lost from the cards. If you are needing a body camera you likely need it to do it's job. Please invest in something better and save your self lots of headaches.

I got this to try and shoot video of what I am doing at work as build and install stair parts. It will take some getting used to in order to get the angle right having it clipped to my shirt. I was happy to see that the video stabilizer works well. I honestly thought I was going to have a terrible shaky cam video. But it was totally fine.The real, and serious, problem that I have with it is that the video is shot backwards. I'm right handed using a table saw and it looks like I'm left handed using the table saw wrong. I tried everything I could to correct it but I can't find anything in the settings or manual. If I can figure it out I'll change my rating. But for now that might be a deal breaker for me. I mean, it's literally a body camera meant to be shot this way......

This body cam is easy to set up and use. The 1080p recording quality is good, and the 180° degree rotating lens is a great option. Having a video screen to see what you're filming is handy too. There's no night vision, but this isn't a law enforcement level body cam. I use it when interacting with my pets.

It's compact, the image is great, and it can be carried on your person very discreetly. But the settings arrangement/complexity are beyond my capabilities, which is too bad because, physically, it's a nice little device.
