SOLE Fitness 2020 Model, Cardio Climber, Stair Stepper Machine, Stair Climber for Full Body Workout Machine, High Intensity Interval Training Vertical Climber

Received my climber in a crushed box. Because of the thick foam shipping guards, I accepted the delivery. I assembled the unit, and it was functional, but the housing was broken and wheel bent in which made rolling the unit not an option.I decided to return it. The character of a company can often be best assessed under unfavorable conditions. With each step in the return process, I spoke with a human after one key punch on the phone. All I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to disassemble the unit and make it ready for shipping. As the replacement was on its way, they called to make sure I was ready for the swap.Overall, Sole had numerous ways they could have made this an undesirable, or less than desirable experience. I applaud their customer service skills. The positive experience will carry with me longer that the use of their very fine piece of equipment.

I ordered this after a few very disappointing trys at a decent/sturdy at-home elliptical. If you like elliptical you use at the gym, it’s beciase it’s not an at-home version. Unless you are able to drop $5,000, you’ll probably be disappointed. This climber, however, is another story. This is sturdy, not hard to assemble, and works beautifully with no issues. It feels like a gym quality piece of equipment. Customer service is great and very prompt to respond to questions. I like the full body challenge this type of motion gives, compared to an elliptical. With the various hand positions, you can get more variety for arms. I feel this works more muscles and engages the core better, also. It’ll kick your tail, quick!

Delivery arrived quicker than expected. Easy to assemble. Machine is heavy and sturdy.Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping and is inoperable once assembled. I would love to give a 5 star review but I never got to fully use this item and its being returned.

Plastic parts never fit together well but was just a cosmetic issue, however now there is grinding and jamming occurring internally and will not work anymore. Do not recommend.

Love this cardio climber! I have always wanted a versa climber but they were out of my price range. Bought the climber advertised on TV. Didn't feel sturdy enough, felt cheap. This machine is awesome! Very well made, very sturdy, smooth movement, high quality.Took about 45 minutes to assemble, instructions were easy to follow. Small footprint, fits in a corner of my bedroom nicely.It just feels good ,like your body is supposed to do this type of workout. It is one of those workouts you " love " to hate. Be ready to sweat...it will kick your a#$!!

Just got the machine but can't add it to their app because it does not have Bluetooth or QC code. I also had issue with the top cover. It was like the cover was not big enough or cut properly so I had to put it on caddy corner. It does not look perfect but hopefully it can keep objects from falling into the flywheel area. Pictures included. The screws for these pics where also not long enough unless the plastic was cut out or molded wrong

Very stable platform - fairly easy to assemble, but harder than I thought. The unit was packed very well, and I was able to move it part by part to the room in our house that it was going to be used in. The main unit has wheels, so it was easy to move. Good purchase.

It's a great machine and I would highly recommend it. But it would be great if Sole could update their app so it can actually pair with the climber's console. It would be a nice feature to have.
