Well built, enough parts to make alternate mounting.
Used this to attach spare tire and wheel to pontoon boat trailer. Had to flip the wheel to get the bracket to fit because the trailer frame is large. Also did not need the nuts but used the washers and lock washers and the bent arms, so there would be enough thread length. A little adjusting to match the lock holes, and all done. Might have taken 15 minutes, but I have used this style before and planned it before starting.
