Great scanner, just wish they didn't beep. Cats get so spooked by the beep sound. If you can get the cat to eat and you quickly scan you can get the chip number easily if they have one.

Does the job, however it's keeps turning itself on in my bag, every time the button pressed, no way to switch it off.And it's also loud. A silent option would make it perfect for timid cats.

It was simple to use and gave a clear beep to show the cat had a chip, from there on I was able to notify the chip register company, who informed the owner where the cat was, so it was well worth the money. It is small and easy to store in the car, and easy to charge up. I recommend anyone to have this item at home if they are keen to help lost pets get back home.

There was no instruction manual in the box as per the item description

Light works perfect worth money

It scans my cat's microchip just fine. However, I could not figure out how to transfer the data to my phone or PC using the provided Bluetooth dongle or USB cable. The manual does not offer any help.
