Not bad for the cost.
Overall everything was packaged well and the finish looked pretty good. After a quick test fit of pieces I realized the finish was thin and easily scratched. I was already planning on using spray bed liner in high wear spots and probably doing the whole thing next spring/summer. I did upgrade the hardware to stainless and pumped spray foam into the tube the best I could as I assembled it ( take all necessary precautions of masking spots you don't want it to get on)All in all I think this rack is worth the money even with the little bit extra I spent for some of the upgrades I did. Hopefully it can stand up the abuse I throw at it and the weight of a 35 inch tire in it.

Dosen’t fit level in hitch. Tilts down.
Tips back not level. Hitch tightener comes with no instructions or pictures. Needs two trim caps for the top of the carrier where the halves come together. If you have a ladder on the back of your unit, this will not fold up. Seems solid enough.
