These turned out so cute and shipped super fast! I was hesitant at first doing customization but I’m so glad I did. They are perfect for traveling and the material is pretty good quality. Absolutely worth the price and will be buying one for myself now!

The design was pressed on with a cut out transfer and the seams of the cut can be seen in the top to it has uneven press lines along the edges. You would think that they would make the cuts the same as the top shape to avoid this. Just doesn't look quality made. The pressed letters are okay, a little bubbling and unevenness. Overall, it was cheap so what can you expect. I'm just a little disappointed in the obvious press lines left behind. Makes it look cheap.

This is a perfect gift, exactly as advertised. Looks great in person, it would easily be double or triple the price with 1 initial in a boutique store.

I ordered this for a secret santa gift and I do not think I am even going to give it to them. The custom was suppose to be WW but it looks like MM no matter which way you turn it. When you turn it to look like W's it just looks like upside down M's. There is also a hair stuck under the film of where they put the custom design on. I want to return this item so bad but they will not let me. If I can add a picture to this review I will. I do not have the item with me at the moment. I am upset about it...it was going to make the present perfect.
