Takes some trial-and-error, but decent quality and hatch rate
I've used my large, cabinet incubator for years, and have hatched hundreds (maybe thousands) of chicks, keets, and poults over the last decade. I was interested in trying some table-top units for smaller clutches to conserve energy. I've run two clutches through this incubator. The first clutch only achieved a 50% hatch rate, much lower than I've achieved with my cabinet. However, the instructions were less than clear, so much of this run was trial-and-error. My biggest complaints were a) the buttons are far too easy to accidentally press - I found myself inadvertently changing the settings by bumping the screen with my chest as I leaned over the unit to observe the eggs; and b) the low/high temp/humidity alarms are impossible to figure out - there is very limited information included regarding how to use these functions, and the darn thing was CONSTANTLY alarming. My second clutch achieved a slightly higher hatch rate, but I was still dealing with the alarm issue, as I still haven't figured out how to disable the alarm. I added a small, digital thermometer/hygrometer, and the embedded unit seems surprisingly accurate. All-in-all, this is a decent little unit; however, I'd be reluctant to recommend it without more detailed instructions available.

Good enough for this newbie.
I’ve been getting an off-grid property up and running for the past year or so and have dipped my toe into various homesteading activities. I have not gotten through a batch of eggs in this model yet because it’s not the right time of year for me, so all I can speak to is first impressions and quality. Out of the box, I was pretty happy. It went together easily. The instructions were adequate but not great. There are plenty of videos online where you can watch what to do with this item. The dome was crystal clear and appears resilient. The components were solid and sturdy and all the moving parts moved easily and smoothly. I display on the front was easy to read and had useful information and the buttons were nicely responsive. It should handle and turn a variety of egg sizes without difficulty. Temperature and humidity seem properly controlled and easy to adjust and manipulate. On a run without eggs, I was able to hold both temp and humidity to my approval. When done, it looks pretty easy to keep clean from batch to batch. I can’t wait to run my first eggs through this. I also do a lot of work with youth groups and we focus a lot on the trades as a career, STEM and self-sufficiency. This has been a fun activity for us. For the current price of about $80, I feel like there are others out there with slightly more robust features that are in this range.

Holds temp and humidity stable, good hatch rate
21 day chicken egg hatch of 70% which is very comparable to some expensive incubators I have used in the past. Held temperature and humidity pretty steady throughout. Quickly gained temp again after opening the incubator to fill the humidity wells. Wish it was easier to clean afterwards as shells and "fluff" seemed to stick.

its okay
This is a nice incubator it does work as advertise Im was personally not a big fan of the rolling system in this one I just didn't like that way they installed and rolled however it did serve it purpose and worked well.

Tested out pretty well
I have hatched anywhere from 80 to almost 200 chicks, and handful of ducks, and some geese every once in a while for more than a decade. Since it is not hatching season, I decided to give this incubator a dry run. I set it up, turned it on, and kept an eye on it. It did set right at 100 degrees only occasionally dipping to 99 briefly before getting right back up to 100. The humidity reading was one of two reasons I got this particular incubator with the other being the rollers for the eggs. After intermittently watching it over a period of time, everything seemed very stable which is the key to any incubator. After this I decided to put my thermometer probe into the incubator to test its accuracy. While the incubator continued to read 100 degrees, my probe thermometer was reading about .4 to .8 degrees higher, averaging at about 100.5 which is perfect for me as I prefer to hatch at just under 101. I am anxious and ready for next spring.

Nice incubator but could be better
I really like this incubator. I like the look of it, and I like the features. However, some of the features seem to be lacking in design. I like the automatic egg turner as these are great to encourage healthy eggs and the less you touch the eggs the better. It has a clear lid on it, so your eggs are always visible. It says it has a consistent temperature control, but I had a problem getting this to the right temperature and humidity and staying there. I also think there needs to be better instructions with it. Overall, it's a really nice incubator if you can get all the features to work properly. I would also like to see this around the $50-$60 range as I think it's a little pricey for what it is.

More like a 3.8 star
I'm just beginning my chicken rearing journey, and I have to say this incubator, while I was excited about all the functions and settings for optimal hatching, is very intimidating. And the instructions are...thin. The quality of the product feels really good, it comes with a little incubation tips sheet - which is all about temperature control, but...I have to admit that my excitement has ebbed under the 'figuring out this machine' phase.

Nice features
This incubator has pretty nice features. I'm a little annoyed with the lack of instructions. Also make sure you keep the Styrofoam because it has instructions to keep the unit in it if the temperature is below a certain level. I'm also a little disappointed in the construction of the rollers. The ends come off way too easy and they can be a bit of a pain to get mounted correctly. Overall I think this is a 3.75 stars.
