Be sure your cabinet is the right size
The product is well designed and manufactured. Installation instructions are all pictures with no helpful hints. I had little trouble but have 60 years of experience with this kind of thing.If you have a drawer above the cabinet, space might be a problem. If you have a range right next to the mounting side that protrudes more than an inch, the shelves will still work but will not come out all the way. See the photosMy cabinet is wider than specified. The telescoping pole would have been blocked by the drawer so I needed to make a spacer to move the whole arrangement to the right a few inches.As I said, a great product. Make sure it will fit you cabinet.

Beautiful piece, heavy, well made. Don't hesitate to get it. I am only giving it a 4 because someone measured wrong and it didn't fit in my cabinet.

Excellent craftsmanship
This shelving unit is solid and built well. Instructions are not the best, but it is manageable.

works... but difficult to install
This must be installed AT cabinet opening. As shown in first photo, I added a piece of 1× 3 to side of cabinet to attach the left support beam. I had to use a combination of glue and impact driver to get it to hold. I am homeowner with average DIY skills but this contraption was ridiculous to install!The second picture shows another 1x3 that I had to attach to the underside of the countertop to enable installation of right support beam. Thankfully we had countertops replaced so I had an open frame to work with. I would have given up otherwise!Third picture is the dead corner that is still inaccessible unless I shine a light and reach for boxes of rarely used items.

Makes inaccessible space available.
The media could not be loaded. Gave me more shelf space. Slides back on its own quietly and smoothly with just a gentle nudge.
