Q: Is the wrap like a pouch or a pocket that gel pack fits into and will not slip out of?

Yes it is a "pouch" that you slip the gel packet into and then close the small velcro, it stays in nicely. It wraps around the belly snuggly, depending on how tight you pull it. I don't know what I'd do without this right now, having severe lumbar issues. I started taking the darker blue pack and use this one for heat (in microwave, READ directions, simple to do), the lighter blue pack I use for putting in the freezer, it is recommended to only leave in freezer 2 hrs. I'm doing that now, but I've left it in overnight, for many extended hours, seems to be fine.

Q: How long is it. Will it fit large people?

In a just performed unofficial measurement test I found this belt is 40 inches long without applying any elastic stretch to hold it in place. It easily stretches 6 additional inches so I would say it should be comfortable up to about a 46 inch waist.

Q: Can you order more ice packs

Don't know. I figure if and when the 2 that comes with it wears out, I may have to buy the entire product again. So far, been using for 2 wks approx., holding up well. Just be careful with the velcro that holds the gel pack in, I hold it down before pulling the velcro open.

Q: How do I clean/wash the ice pack cover?

I've not had to wash mine yet. I did end up with problems of the velcro coming loose and the wrap falling off. I use a clip to hold it in place, as I like it on snug! I would think it could be hand washed, if it would eventually need it.
