NRadio Response Was Great!!! ... Amazon's Change in Return Shipping Sad!!!
UPDATE: In this world of hucksters and crooks. I have to give NRadio a A #1 Top Rating. I have never worked with a more helpful and honest company, nor received a more sincere and knowledgeable response from tech support. I am definitely a believer in NRadio's company ethics. They are the first on my list for any future purchases in this category. Even after providing a refund for the product, they continued to communicate with me to try to get the product working. Can't ask for more!!Original Review:I purchased what appeared to be a decent mini-wifi router. However, does not work with local carriers as I was unable to access settings to change the access point name, and other information. Went to return - timely, but instead of printing label, I would have to travel over 25 miles to a UPS location or pay right at $7.00 to return. EXTREMELY disappointed with this change in Amazon's shipping policy. I'll just keep and give as a Christmas present. Amazon keeps this up and customers will leave in droves!

Fast and easy!
I received the package pretty fast and this product is better than I was expected. My phone carrier is T-Mobile, it works just fine and matched. Easy to set up, and I used my laptop to connect the Wi-Fi, the internet speed is fast. After I tried few more times, I will say I do like this small but powerful device!

I'm grateful for its role in turning remote spots into personal Wi-Fi hubs
The media could not be loaded. Having the NRadio 4G LTE Modem Router was like having a portable Wi-Fi oasis in my pocket. As someone who loves road trips and remote getaways, this little gadget quickly became an essential companion.Setting it up was a breeze. I popped in my AT&T nano-SIM card, connected the power, and within moments, I was browsing the web. The LTE speeds were surprisingly snappy, letting me stream music and video without a hitch.During a recent camping trip, where wired internet was nowhere in sight, the NRadio router came to the rescue. It transformed my 4G signal into a reliable Wi-Fi connection. I even set up a makeshift office amidst the trees, getting work done while surrounded by nature's beauty. The router's small size didn't compromise its performance. I was impressed by its dual CPU setup, ensuring stability even in remote locations. And when my primary Ethernet connection hiccuped, the router seamlessly switched to 4G, keeping my data flow uninterrupted.I must admit, I wish Verizon support was on the table, but that's a minor setback considering its other merits. The lack of a power adapter in the package was a small inconvenience, but luckily, I had one on hand. When it comes to value, the NRadio router delivers. It might not be the cheapest option, but the peace of mind it provides, especially during travels, is worth every penny. The package included the router, a power cord, and an installation guide – just remember to bring your own adapter.Comparing it to other portable routers, the NRadio 4G LTE Modem Router shines with its impressive performance. If you're in North America and frequently find yourself on the move, this router is a reliable travel companion. It's not without a few quirks, but its ability to keep you connected when you need it most is what sets it apart. All in all, my experience with the NRadio router has been positive. It proved its worth during my adventures, and I'm grateful for its role in turning remote spots into personal Wi-Fi hubs. If you're someone who embraces the road less traveled, this router could be your ticket to staying connected without compromise.

very slow
I am a bit of a techie so none of this stuff is new to me, I ordered this to try out with one of my spare free lines I have and see if it would be a viable option over just using my hotspot data etc. The fastest speeds I got out of this so far was about 5mbps. In another device and also in the phones I can reach upwards of 400 or so at my location. I will tinker with this a bit more but so far I am highly disappointed in it. Another issue I am having when I try to go into the admin settings is that it will lose connection when trying to load the page and the router will start flashing an orange light showing it lost connection. I dont know about their other models but this one so far is a dud.
