UTK Infrared Neck Heating Pad, FSA HSA Eligible, Far Infrared Heating Pad for Pain Relief, Natural Gemstones, Memory Controller, Temperature Adjustable（23.5'' x 21.5''）

I've bought the UTK Infrared heating pad for neck and shoulders, and the medium pad for the back, arm, legg,...I've tested the pads for over 3 weeks now, and so far I'm very satisfied. The quality is very good, the heating up goes well, and I can support the heat for more than an hour. It feels very good and it is good! I expected it heavier than it in reality is because of the jadestones. It's also very beautiful, I like these very much! Also every item is packed in a beautiful bag, so I can take it anywhere I want and need to. In the beginning it was looking for a comfortable way to have a seat with the control unit and a beagle next to me on each side.I've had so much neck- and shoulderpain, backpain, arms, leggs,... and the most of all in bed. Since the neckpad, the pain is reduced for 90%. Before, I couldn't sleep and awoke because of the pain all night because of the fibromyalgia, and I only slept for 1 or 2 hours.The medium pad, I use mostly to sleep on in my bed. It's comfortable for me, not too hard, and it's safe because after 4 hours the heat up stops. Now I can sleep for 6 or 7 hours without waking up! I use it in bed when I've a lot of pain, but now during the day I'm less in pain, sometimes even without pain!I can recommend it absolutely, to relief lots of pain.

Loved this product and used frequently. Provided really good, deep warmth and relief. It did start acting up after a power outage and would stop working if moved in a certain way. I contacted support and literally within 2 hours I explained the issue, they confirmed my order number and took my address to ship me a replacement. Amazing support. Highly recommend

The straps that are meant to go around the front part of your chest are too bulky, there's no stones or heating elements there so I don't understand the purpose for them to be that large. Kind of "cuts into" my neck and isn't very comfortable. Especially if I wanted to attempt to Velcro in place. If I leave it open & the flaps just hanging it's ok... So I can have it pushed away from my neck.I found my lowest comfort heat didn't start till 150 degrees. I could definitely probably go higher. 103 degrees was the lowest heat setting on the unit & I felt no heat at that temperature. I'm not sure yet how high the temp goes. The suggested time in the book for heat therapy on the unit was 20 minutes, however the auto timer only allows increments of 15's.... It does take a little time for it to heat up, so if you take that into account then you might be "wasting" 10minutes waiting for the unit to heat up so you can have your 20 min of heat therapy with it set on a 30min timer.It's well packaged and has a nice case to store it back in to when not in use. The booklet that comes with it is very informative and I enjoyed reading it.I felt the heating elements reached all the areas in my upper back & neck I wanted it to. So coverage area was adequate. I have 3 bulging/compressed discs in my cervical spine, a bone spur, an old whiplash injury, Fibro & thoracic outlet syndrome. I actually found out about infrared heat after researching light therapy for my dogs IVDD! Funny how that works...

The heat and infared work well. It doesn't sit well on the neck and shoulders though. The leather is not very flexible. I recommend the brand but not this specific heating pad for these reasons.

This product really delivers! I chose this particular one because I thought it would be the most universal for all our aches and pains. I have used it for neck and shoulders (wonderful); for plantar fasciitis in the foot (fantastic); and the low back (great). It really does penetrate 2"-3" into the body! It gets quite warm, so warm that I have to turn it down. And when I am "cooked" thoroughly, the pain is relieved. This works so well for me because I respond well to heat, but not everybody does.

one for me, one for my godchild. well made. what's not to loveI already have owned one of UTK's infrared heating pads for almost three years now. I use it in my massage practice on my table. Client love it and so do i. It is extremely well made and completely dependable. Auto shut off after about 3 hours (i don't know exact, i just know it runs longer than 2 hours and less than 4) So purchasing this was a no brainer. I accidentally purchased it twice, and rather than return it my godchild benefited. Just as well made, just as dependable. Admittedly, i've never sat down w a thermometer and tested the exact temp. But i don't need to. Iten works great, made exceptionally well, dependable, great price. You want to dicker over a non existant 2 degree, sounds personal. Drop your worries, its a great purchase. My only disappointment is that i wish the stones filed up the entire thing, down the arms.

I have a bulging disc and bone spur in my neck. Whenever I am hurting, I put this pad on and my pain is greatly diminished or completely gone when I turn it off after a half and hour. It is also great that it is low EMF. I gave my daughter one who has severe whiplash and she is getting the same results as I have. My other daughter used mine when she has cramps and is going to get a small flat one. She usually has cramps all day on her first day. She used it twice for a 1/2 hour and is so happy to not have to suffer all day and take drugs. Fantastic product. You product is alleviating a lot of suffering.

I bought the small heating pad which is great. I decided to get the one for shoulders and neck. I find it doesn’t fit to cover the parts of neck and shoulders which need to be heated. I thought I could use it at my desk at work but this wouldn’t be suitable. This one needs to be modified for what it is supposed to do.
