I have a spot where water collects right outside my back yard door and I have a mat that is always wet and full of dirt mudd etc.I bought this to put under and raise the mat. Problem solved!! Now I have dry clean mat to actually clean me shoes at the door.

I absolutely love these puzzle piece grated floor mats. I actually use these on my back porch (6) to organize all the boots and shoes. I place them almost as a rug out there and put all the footwear on top to allow for any dirt or mud to dry or be released. This allows for less trampling of dirt into my home.And as simple as it was to put them together it is easy to hide them off and clean them.
