Original Specialized charger for SL Turbo Levo SL E-Bike 3 pin 48V battery 54.6V

So put it on. It should be red until the bike is charged. Then it should turn green. But when I put it on. It’s green, and stays green? My bike is charged. It don’t know when, as the light is always green. Faulty? Can’t recommend this product.
