Too small - Lost $31 for returning
I bought these because I was under the impression that they were eligible for free returns. This was not the case. I am between sizes, so I sized down as is suggested by the brand. Unfortunately, the sandals did not fit well and were too short for my feet. I had to return them; at which point I discovered I would only receive a partial refund, $31 less than what I originally paid. What a bummer.

Cute & sturdy
I attempted to try on in a store but couldn’t find local stock in my size. I typically wear an 8.5, however, with no half sizes offered I went with the 8. I did so based on information on other sites indicating that sizing for Chaco’s should be determined by arch length (from heel to ball of foot) instead of overall foot length. I’m glad that I went down a size since my feet felt more comfortably placed upon the noticeable arch in the footbed of this sandal when my feet were positioned further back. It took a while to find the right strap adjustments. The first day walking 18000 steps in them caused a couple of blisters, to be expected with zero break-in period. I had to readjust 5 or 6 times throughout the day but once I found the sweet spot I haven’t had to make any further strap adjustments. My feet sometimes swell in the heat, or when travelling, so I like that I’ll have the ability to loosen them if needed. All straps except for the one behind the heel adjust.Don’t get these if you don’t like the feel of a significant raised arch. Since my feet are placed right at the heel edge (in order for the footbed contours to be in the right place for me) I feel like the front straps fall a little more towards the toes than I would like. These sandals don’t have much flex and are on the heavier side, not necessarily a negative as I think they will last a long time. The texture on the footbed is to prevent your foot from sliding around when wet; I found it a bit irritating to the soles of my feet, they had a burning sensation after a full day of wear. The wider Mega straps do seem a little softer than the regular straps I saw in stores. These will be great for travelling; in plain black I can dress them up or down.By the end of a full day of walking I can’t wait to take them off though. I am hoping the burning sensation dissipates with time and that I get used to the very low toe strap placement since that pulls down the front of my foot, not my natural foot profile, if that makes sense. I received several compliments already. For a chunky sandal they still look cute.

mega z cloud is mega great
the thick straps on these are so comfortable and supportive. i’ve worn these wading through multiple creeks at field camp and they’ve held up fantastically and they’re super easy to clean if you need to!

Magic for your feet and legs!
I cannot wear classic Chacos bc they are hard the pattern on the foot bed is like a metal file to my feet. BUT THESE THO! The cloud is soft and does not jack up my feet. The mega straps are way more comfortable than the classics. The arch support is amazing for my high metatarsal arches. Lastly, I’m plus size and these sandals do not give out as I’ve walked and hiked miles in them. And, to top it off, the ribbon pattern is everything!

The most comfortable Chacos I have ever bought, and I am on my fourth pair.
