Cannolicchi – Rustichella Pasta Abruzzese

If I wanted better pasta, I would make it myself. This is great - YES, expensive, but for me, it is worth it. I am a diabetic and pasta is NOT something I can eat like in the old days - maybe every day!!! So, since I am very sparing on my pasta dinners - I don't mind paying more for this pasta - it is SUPER. Yes, I am half Italian.

This is a delicious pasta, high quality from Italy. It has an unusual (for the American market) shape -- tightly curled noodles that pick up sauce beautifully.
