Lovely Cookbook
The recipes shared here are simple but elegant. The Seared Salmon with Arugula Salad is delicious. I'm looking forward to making the sauces the author has included in the cookbook.What really stands out to me is the author's love for his mother expressed through cooking her food and being inspired by her as he continues to cook and bake. I think with his charming stories about his mother, he does a beautiful job of showing cooking at home is more than food. It's how we connect to our histories and those who have come before us. And how much time in the kitchen links us to those who fed, raised and cherished us growing up. The cookbook has beautiful food and creative recipes and really, so much more.I bought three for gifts. Love the author and excited to try all the varied recipes.

Wonderful Cookbook
I was a lucky individual who was able to test the recipes prior to publication. These recipes are amazing, easy to do, yet feel fancy enough for holidays. Gabriel teaches you some tricks that will elevate your cooking. Gabriel is from OKC and was on MasterChef. He is a fantastic illustration of great Oklahoma food! We're so proud of him!

Great cooking guide. Recipes are East to put together and taste great. From homemade to TV show quality fancy this book has a bit of it all.

MUST HAVE!
Love this cookbook from this very talented chef! Lots of great meals for everyday. It also has many of my favorite holiday recipes. It’s easy to follow; you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!

Very small text
I am disappointed with the very small text. There is a lot of empty space on the page. They could have made the text larger and easier to read.

The BEST COOKBOOK!!
I have created great dinners with the recipe's I have tried so far! This is just an amazing, easy to follow cookbook. I cannot wait to try more and more of them. Gabe is a great CHEF!!!!

Delicious recipes
We received a signed copy of this cookbook as a gift and couldn't wait to jump in. The first recipe we made was, Seared Shrimp w/ Tomato Cream Sauce. It's served over pasta and was AMAZING! It's, without a doubt, a perfect recipe to serve to a friend who talks too much - they'll be too busy eating and enchanted with the flavors to talk. LOL!Not only do I recommend this for your kitchen, I think it would make a fabulous gift!
