Quality is too BAD
This worked exactly for 2 hours and stopped, not powering on. Now I have to run around for getting it fixed. Further to this, the technician checked and reported board failure and replaced would take 1 week or more. This is absolute non sense to pay 8k for the product and still not able to use or get replacement as the replacement is done within 1 week of delivery. Don’t buy from this brand ever.

Never Buy ViewSonic
Just after 15 days of delivery Display is Dead. Call customer support but no one lifted. Went to Service Centre and they say why you came? and you need to register online for warranty claim. After some aruguement they took the monitor. After 4 days I contaced the Service Centre as they didnt contact me back. They said Motherboard Dead/ Issue with Motherboard and it will take 4 days if part in stock or 10 days if not in stock. After 10 days they didnt call back and when I call them back they are saying part not there and dont know when it comes. I tried calling ViewSonic but no one picks. It goes on ringing for some time and then dissconects. Contacted them by mail but they are saying concern team will contact you but no one calls. NEVER BUY VIEWSONIC AGAINUpdate: 17th Nov 202320days finished in service centre still no part and when asked for refund or replacement no one responds. Viewsonic Customer Care People doesnt respond to mail or phone callsUpdate: 24th Nov 2023Still no progress. They are still saying part not dispatched by company and this time Viewsonic Customer Care Toll Free Number worked but they go on saying concern team will contact you which the samw reply received in mails.

Faulty monitor
After 15 days of purchase monitor got dead & called for service request & they told me mother board not working & it will take a week time & we will replace it but now it is almost a month gone but still I am getting answer from call center that part is not available. I am surprised to hear the above answer that such a big company & they don’t have the partIt’s ridiculous after sales service from Viewsonic
