First and foremost the table is nice . Delivery took about a week. Small scratch on the surface of the table which I didn’t even think it was worth a picture . Delivery process is out of the control of Signature Design By Ashley , but total responsibility of the mail carrier . It is a very heavy box which is good because the table has some weight into it , Feels very sturdy and can sit 5-6 people . I’d say it’s worth the price , I don’t know how long it will last , but I do hope at least a year and I’d say I get my moneys worth . Last thing would be to be patient while putting the legs together as you’re going to put 16 legs together and 5 cushions . Instructions are clear and simple to understand took me about an Hour and 30 minutes. ** quick tip - if you have an uneven chair remove the cushion and attempt to sit it flush and tighten back again. I thought they gave me uneven legs on one of them but it was my mistake when building I did not make sure it was leveled and sitting flush .*** Other than that for an affordable table designed by Ashley furniture it’s great 10/10!! I hope my review helps others and if you were to purchase one and have scratched or missing parts remember it’s out of the control of Ashley as this set ships out from Amazon . Everything already comes included in the box . Travel might create a few tears in the box which can end up dumping some parts it all depends on the way it’s handled as it travels . :)

It’s beautiful. Great quality. Of course it’s an Ashley product. I signed up for the assembly service! That was the best idea ever. The team arrived promptly and assembly was quick and they were very professional and pleasant

The product itself came in with a big chip on one edge of the dining table. I called in for a replacement. They sent me a new one BUT it was a nightmare returning the defective one. First, I called Amazon 3+ times for someone to pick up the return. I filled out the form for return pickup 3 times! The product was ready for return and packaged up, but no one came! They charged my card for the new one I had gotten. Let me tell you, $500 extra charged on your credit card is not a small amount. Thankfully, after going thru with Amazon CS, they refunded me my money (for the extra charges). During this, no one came to pick it up (in the span of 2 months). I moved to a new place with this baggage, planning to throw it out. It was becoming a burden. Lo and behold, after 6 months (yes, 6 months later!) I get an email that the furniture company FINALLY scheduled a pickup thru a third party. Thank god, I hadn’t thrown it out! It had been sitting in the garage in a box. I had to then call Amazon and verify and make sure the third party was authentic. It was a horrible experience. I won’t ever make a furniture purchase like this again from Amazon.Coming to the actual product which was in new condition, it was easy to assemble. However, you have to be careful with the chair legs. Very easy to split them apart. The table is decent size but chairs were slightly smaller than expected. I would recommend it for those with a small dining room. This dining set looks small in my dining room. I have to purchase a new set now. The quality if top notch and the dining set is definitely sturdy and beautiful. I recommend it. It did fit my apartment beautifully.

We have a bigger dining area and want a table big enough for when friends come over. This piece is perfect. No defects on the product when delivered, and the packaging made it so easy to put together. Every piece was organized and labeled. The only downside is you need to use an Allen wrench, so power screw driver couldn't be used.The table feels very sturdy, the chairs are a bit wobbly, but once you sit there is no issue. The wood is a dark cherry hue.We got the table on prime day, so very worth our money. This will last generations.

First review within a few days after the purchase-----The deal is good but you have to realize this is very cheap compared with what you can find in stores. Usually just a table like this is above $400 without shipping, and each chair is about $30-$40 bucks. So, you get here something like 50% off what you can normally get in a tier 2 store. That being said, the table is very sturdy, heavy, and feels of fine quality. The chairs feels a bit lower quality compared with the table and are not as heavy as one might expect. Also they are not super comfortable but do the job fine. It took me more than 1.5 hours to assemble it, so keep this in mind too. I would reccomend getting someone experienced to do that for you if you don't have power tools. So all in all, the deal money wise is very good, but you also get what you pay for, and need to assemble it by yourself, and time is money so add your hourly rate to the total.. the other thing with our order was that a set of screws is missing and one of the leg connectors for one of the chairs is broken. Amazon costumer service helped us and we will get a replacement soon for these parts.Second review after a few months of use----------------------------I actually regret we purchased this set. Here are the problems which appear only after the 2-3-4 weeks of use:1) Chairs are very top-heavy. You can't put anything on them (like a jacket) or they will fall down with just a tiny nudge. But this is not a big deal compared to the next one.2) All screws which connect and hold together the separated parts of chairs, the table and the stool, requires service every week or so. You need to get the small Allen key you got with the set and re-tight all of those bolts. There are at least 8 screws to re-tight per every chair, 8 for the table and 8 for the stool, and all of them or from beneath. That's a lot of work. I think this is unreasonable that you would be servicing a product you bought every 1-2 weeks. If you don't, all of those parts begin to move when you sit on them or eat by the table. I didn't know about this before I purchased, but found a sticker below every chair saying this should be done routinely.My summery:1) I regret purchasing this product for the following reasons:- Takes a lot of time and effort to set up- Top-heavy chairs, can't put anything on them, keep falling down- Constantly needing to re-tight the screws (every 1-2 weeks)- Not sure if would survive moving to another apartment2) Why is it so popular? my guess:- looks nice- problems come only after a few weeks- very low priceFinal note:If I knew all of this before I would have not bought it.

Real good product good quality looks great and easy to putting together I will recommend this table to anyone I love it
