One of several great teas from Harney & Sons
I really enjoy this tea, along with several of the other Harney and Sons varieties. I'm lucky enough to live fairly close to their shop and facility in New York, so I have been able to sample most of their teas. This tea has a nice flavor and it's one of my two go-to's at night. I'm as stubborn as they come when it comes to getting something to get me tired, so I can't vouch for it's ability to knock you out to sleep. It seems to knock my wife out pretty good, but she is borderline comatose every night on the couch anyway. Anyhow, give it a try!

This Chopra Relaxing Tea is very soothing before bedtime. The taste is wonderful! The tins that the tea bags can be used for crafts afterwards.

You cannot drink this if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I am pregnant. Wish it would have stated this in the listing.
